Job Title: Data Entry Clerk - Full Time

Job Description:
We are seeking a Full-Time Data Entry Clerk to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently entering and updating data, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all records. This is a full-time, remote position with a focus on meeting deadlines and maintaining data integrity.

Responsibilities:

  • Enter large volumes of data accurately into company systems
  • Verify and correct data as needed
  • Maintain data entry requirements by following established procedures
  • Ensure data is organized and easy to retrieve
  • Perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Prepare reports or documentation as needed
  • Handle administrative duties and other related tasks

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles (preferred)
  • Strong typing skills (40+ WPM) with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Reliable internet connection and computer
