This is a full-time, remote position with a focus on meeting deadlines and maintaining data integrity.
Responsibilities:
- Enter large volumes of data accurately into company systems
- Verify and correct data as needed
- Maintain data entry requirements by following established procedures
- Ensure data is organized and easy to retrieve
- Perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Prepare reports or documentation as needed
- Handle administrative duties and other related tasks
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles (preferred)
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM) with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
