Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve customer issues.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and suggest solutions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and their needs are met.
- Meet or exceed performance targets related to customer satisfaction, response time, and issue resolution.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a customer service role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software (e.g., CRM systems).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, if required.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with CRM platforms and customer support tools.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new systems.
