Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Care Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve customer issues.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and suggest solutions.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and their needs are met.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets related to customer satisfaction, response time, and issue resolution.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software (e.g., CRM systems).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, if required.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with CRM platforms and customer support tools.
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new systems.
